SLAM! MixMarathon is a popular radio program on the Dutch station SLAM! that airs every Friday from 6 AM to Saturday 6 AM, with live broadcasts from 6 AM to 8 PM. The show features a non-stop mix of DJ sets from both well-known and up-and-coming DJs, showcasing various electronic dance music styles.

Launched in April 2015, SLAM! MixMarathon has become a staple of the station's programming, replacing traditional Friday scheduling. The show regularly features high-profile guest DJs such as R3hab, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Fedde le Grand, Oliver Heldens, and Nicky Romero.

Throughout the year, SLAM! MixMarathon hosts special extended editions, including a multi-day broadcast during the Amsterdam Dance Event in October and an end-of-year "MixMarathon XXL" event. In 2016, the program expanded to include a live event called "AMF Presents SLAM! MixMarathon" at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam.

SLAM! MixMarathon has adapted to current events, such as rebranding as "SLAM! MixMarathon Presents Quarantine Festival" during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and extending to a 48-hour broadcast in summer 2020 to compensate for cancelled festivals.
