Isoradio's programming includes regular traffic updates known as "Onda Verde," weather forecasts from the Italian Air Force, railway information from Ferrovie dello Stato, and news bulletins from GR1 and TG1. During nighttime hours (00:30-05:30), the station features "Isonotte," a program of continuous Italian independent music interspersed with traffic updates every 30 minutes.

As part of RAI's public service mission, Isoradio remains commercial-free for most of its broadcast day, with only a brief sequence of advertisements accompanying the time signal on the half-hour.
