Radio One Stereo is a prominent FM radio station based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Established in 1994, it operates under the umbrella of IPP Media Limited. The station broadcasts 24 hours a day and covers a wide range of programming, including news, sports, current affairs shows (both local and international), lifestyle content, and entertainment.
As one of the pioneering commercial radio stations in Tanzania, Radio One quickly gained popularity, especially among younger listeners. It began trial broadcasts on January 23, 1994, and launched full service on July 11 of the same year.
