BandNews FM is a Brazilian all-news radio network owned by Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicação. Launched on May 20, 2005, it was the first 24-hour news radio network in Brazil. The São Paulo station broadcasts on 96.9 MHz FM.

The network's format consists of 20-minute rotating newscasts, with the slogan "In 20 minutes, everything can change." This allows listeners to tune in at any time to get the latest news updates.
